About Mythril

Mythril is a d6 based fantasy tabletop role playing game that primarily focuses on an action packed combat system with a focus on powerful class abilities and also has a unique leveling system that encourages players to multi class. Eventually players can begin to take levels in Prestige classes which have even more powerful abilities!

Alpha Playtest v0.3 is now Live!

Version 0.3 brings a lot of new things to the game! Weapons got an overhaul, combat and monsters have had some tweaks to make it more balanced, and there are 3 new classes!

Sorcerer: Spend your mana to increase the power of your spells!
Warlock: Use dark magic to hex your foes and drain their souls!

Ronin: Run in and out of combat while fighting foes!

Mythril is an Early Access Game. The game is in the very early stages of prototyping and does not have all the features, classes, abilities, or rules that the full 1.0 version will have. The current alpha build focuses on the 4 core classes and their abilities, along with their spells and abilities to play test the core combat loop. As play testing and feedback occur changes will be made to the game to balance and enhance the core of the combat before branching out into adding more classes, monsters and spells.

Any donations or profits earned will be directly re-invested into the development of Mythril. Donating is not required but appreciated. Everyone is encouraged to give feedback about the game and make any suggestions in terms of balancing, game play changes, proofreading and spell/grammar checking, etc. as this is currently a solo project with just me as the lead developer.
